The spacecraft of Elon Musk's company SpaceX, which was the world's largest and most powerful rocket ever, has been destroyed shortly after it was released from the launch pad in the US state of Texas.Local time Thursday morning, an unmanned experimental rocket launched off the east coast of Texas has not caused any casualties.

          Elon Musk tried to play down expectations ahead of the rocket launch. He had said that just getting the rocket off the ground and not destroying the launch pad's infrastructure in the process would be considered a 'victory'. Their wish came true as the starship successfully lifted off from its launch pad and gained speed over the Gulf of Mexico, but within a minute of its flight it was clear that things were not going to go according to plan.As the rocket ascended, six of the 33 engines on the lower part of the rocket could be seen to have shut down or caught fire.And three minutes into the flight it was clear that the end of the flight was near. Because at this point the rocket should have separated from the bottom, but they were actually still attached and drifting off course.In the fourth minute of the rocket launch, the starship began to decrease in altitude and then a loud explosion was heard in the blue sky.

It will help to improve flights.'The topmost part of the starship, also known as the sail, first flew short. But this was the first time it was launched with a lower part.A very large booster called the Super Heavy Booster was attached to it in February. However, during the test flight, half of its engines were operated at half their capacity.

             If SpaceX had fired the engines at 90 percent thrust to lift off the rocket on Thursday, as promised, the part should have delivered about 70 meganewtons of thrust.That's more than twice the power to launch the Saturn Five spacecraft that were sent to the moon in the 60s and 70s.Although the starship did not destroy its launch pad, images released later indicated that the powerful impact caused significant damage to the launch pad's concrete floor.

 

The mission plan was to send the spacecraft on a complete orbit around the Earth, ending in the Pacific Ocean about a hundred kilometers north of Hawaii.There was no expectation that the spacecraft or the superheavy would be recovered. However, the long-term plan is to successfully land both segments, refuel them, and launch them repeatedly.If this becomes possible, it will be a huge achievement and transformative.The starship has the potential to lift more than a hundred tons into orbit.              Space consultant Carissa Bryce Christensen said the space industry certainly has high expectations about the potential disruption of the spacecraft."From a commercial point of view, its greater capacity could be important," he told the BBC. A massive man-made spacecraft could be key to the rise of space tourism. Another factor is the cheapness of the spacecraft. The two main aspects of this are that you have a space vehicle that has a high capacity and potentially a very low cost.


            "Elon Musk will initially use Starship to launch small satellites of his company's brand Band Internet.And when the engineers of the SpaceX company are confident in the performance of this space vehicle, they will allow people to travel in space.The first mission in this regard has already been decided. It will be commanded by billionaire American businessman and fighter pilot Jared Isaacman. He has already traveled to space in the SpaceX Dragon capsule.

             Japanese fashion billionaire Yusaku Mizuwa will make the first flight around the moon. He will be taking eight artists with him as part of his Dear Moon project.Meanwhile, the US space agency, NASA, wants to use a version of the Starship to land its astronauts on the surface of the Moon.
