The club has had some of the greatest players in football history, including Paolo Maldini, Franco Baresi, Marco van Basten, Ruud Gullit, Andriy Shevchenko, Kaka, and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
The club plays its home matches at the San Siro Stadium, which it shares with its city rival Inter Milan. The team's colors are red and black, and its nickname is Rossoneri (the Red and Blacks).
