Ramadan has been observed during the hot summer season in Pakistan for the past several years, and the intensity of heat during this time causes thirst and dehydration in fasting individuals, leading to weakness in the body, which requires timely treatment. According to medical experts, although keeping the body hydrated during Ramadan is not easy, it can be controlled by consuming a variety of foods and adequate amounts of water at suhoor and iftar, and by controlling thirst during the day.
